My Transformation Story

I gained weight due to sedentary occupation as well as complete bed rest during pregnancy. Earlier I had tried to lose weight with the advice of dietitian but did not have much success. Also, their fees are very high. Earlier, I had seen *Dr Dixit’s* video on YouTube . I decided to start his diet plan. From their website, I got the number of Dr. Santosh Dhumne sir and contacted him. At that time, he asked me to do Fasting Insulin and HbA1c. Accordingly, I was coming into the prediabetic group.

Then I started this diet plan.
I eat every day around one o’clock in the afternoon and nine o’clock at night. I take nothing but only water between the meals.
Lunch consists of salads, sprouts, half a loaf of bread (bhakri), and plenty of dry & gravy vegetables. Similarly, for dinner I take, salad , half chapati or half bhakri and dry & gravy vegetables. Also, occasional meals include eggs , mutton , cheese , and dry fruits. Also, the quantity of rice has been substantially reduced. Sometimes I take biryani because I like it but consume lot salad with it.
Every morning I exercise only for half an hour. In fact, I have never exercised for 45 minutes. Had I did it for 45 minutes, I would have got more benefits. I do this exercise by watching a video on the YouTube channel Walk at Home. However, I have benefited a lot from this diet. The main thing is that it has helped me to reduce my tummy. So, I am very happy. I am very thankful to *Dr Jagannath Dixit Sir*, Dr. Santosh Dhumne Sir and all the team. I will follow this diet plan for the rest of my life and inform my patient about this diet plan.
