I enrolled along with my wife in July for 90 days Challenge program of Dr Dixit (Adore Trust).
The test reports observed were as follows:
HbA1C – 8.6%, Average Blood Sugar: 200
Fasting Insulin: 12.1, Weight: 82 Kg, Waist: 112 cm.

I was eating frequently during the day at least 4 times, lot of fruits, sweets & Namkeen items, feeling very lethargic. I was very inconsistent in doing exercise.
Fortunately I got introduced to this program on time & started my challenge committedly.
Initially I found it difficult to manage with two meals & doing regular exercise. But due to my wife’s support I started following the lifestyle & exercise routine as suggested by Dr Dixit and his Team. Slowly I gained the confidence and started being regular due to support system of our Builder Group Coach Shri Bhalchandra sir and Padma Madam. The group dynamics also played an important role creating healthy competition. I was surprised to observe the positive results within one month and same was consistent at the end of the program after 3rd month by 17th October as follows:

HbA1C: 5.10%, Average Sugar: 100, Fasting Insulin: 7.4, Weight: 76.7 Kg, Waist perimeter: 99 cm.

The regular follow up & support of coaches, Sharing of Success stories of members and lectures by Experts really helped to clear all myths about diet, exercise & diabetic conditions and created confidence & possibilities to reverse diabetes by following good, healthy lifestyle. My wife Aparna has also achieved successful results and confident of achieving complete reversal within 2-4 months. I truly recommend this lifestyle to all those who want to reverse the diabetes.
