I had been familiar with the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle since around 2018. At that time, I followed the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle for about a year. Later, due to some reasons, I discontinued it.
In May 2025, during my company’s annual medical check-up, my fasting blood sugar was 250 and my HbA1c was 11%. I became worried about my health.
I immediately contacted Dr. Dixit Sir. He reassured me and advised me to undergo some tests and call him again after receiving the reports.
After receiving the test reports, I contacted Dr. Dixit Sir again as advised.
After reviewing the reports, Sir reassured me that improvement was possible by following the lifestyle.
From July 2025, I decided to follow the two-meals-a-day routine.
I stopped eating sweets and fruits.
I started doing Surya Namaskar every day and walking for half an hour.
Over the next four months, my HbA1c improved as follows:
HbA1c: 11% to 7.0%
Later, I was enrolled in the active group DM-REV 26 on 20-04-2026. At that time, my HbA1c was 6.4%
There, I received regular guidance from Kavita Mehendale Tai.
As per her advice, I started getting my fasting insulin and HbA1c tested every month.
Results in April 2026:
HbA1c: 6.4%
Fasting insulin: 10.6
I continued following the lifestyle. Every morning, I continued exercising and doing Surya Namaskar. Along with this, I started muscle-strengthening exercises and continued walking for 10 minutes after both meals.
With this continued progress, my results for September 2026 were as follows:
HbA1c: 5.2%
Fasting insulin: 9.44
Since starting the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle, I have lost 11 kg of weight.
I started feeling light and energetic throughout the day. My medicines have been reduced. I have decided to continue following this diet plan in the same manner.
