Professionally I was a nurse in Dubai, and retired few months back. I always had high HbA1c, mostly within the range of 6- 6.5. I always knew about the Dr Dixit lifestyle from my friend Chitra, but due to work commitments and busy schedules, I was unable to follow it.
When I retired and just before moving back to India, I did a blood test and my HbA1c was 7.4% in the month of October, 2025. The endocrinologist suggested to start medication, but my friend Chitra asked me to wait and join the Dixit Diet lifestyle challenge starting in the month of February.

I heard that the 8th batch of Dr Dixit diet was starting in February then I decided to join. Just before that when I did my test again, HbA1c was 9.1% and fasting insulin was 15.5. I started following the plan and in one months’ time my HbA1c dropped to 7.1 and by April my fasting insulin dropped to 8.8 and HbA1c dropped to 6.4%.

All thanks to the constant support and guidance of our mentors Dr. Dixit, Padma madam, Meghana madam and Bhalchandra sir. With consistency in the plan and regular exercise, I am seeing much improvement in the counts and strength that I feel in my body.

By the end of the 90 days:
HbA1c: 9.1% → 6.4%
Weight: 64 → 59 Kg
Waist: 94 → 90 cm
Fasting Insulin: 15.5 → 8.8
Other improvements: My energy level has improved and I used to feel a tingling sensation before which has reduced considerably. I feel happy and confident now.

One of the biggest realizations for me was gaining self-control over cravings, building discipline, improved mindset and even encouraging more people to practice healthy lifestyle.

I sincerely thank Dr. Dixit, for taking this initiative and making a proven plan. It has helped me improve my lifestyle and hope it reaches many more who are in need.
