Since more than 10 years I was suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes and therefore was getting many difficulties in my day-to-day life. In 2021, my weight increased and reached up to 120 kilograms. That time I started finding some solution seriously and my sister Namrata Patil told me about Dr Jagannath Dixit lifestyle and 90 days 8th weight loss challenge.
The challenge was going to start from 1 st February 2026. I decided to participate in that but some festivals like Holi and Rangpanchmi were nearby and therefore my family members and friends were in doubt whether I can complete the challenge or not. But I was firm about my decision and I strictly followed rules and regulations of the challenge. I shared the photos of my meals. Also updated the different exercises done by me. I did whatever was taught in the program. The results I got after 90 days are as shown below.
