In February 2023, my mother was very ill, and I was under a lot of stress. One day I felt dizzy, so I got my blood tested, and to my shock, I was diagnosed with diabetes. My HbA1c was 9.4%, and my random blood sugar was over 220. It was alarming and very worrying. I realized this was the result of my irregular lifestyle.

As a software engineer, I am extremely disciplined when it comes to work. But due to my work hours and highly focused nature, I found it very difficult to balance lifestyle, work, and exercise. This imbalance led to my HbA1c reaching 9.4% — a wake-up call.
A friend of mine had benefited greatly from following the lifestyle recommended by Dr. Dixit. I was aware of this lifestyle and had seen Dr. Dixit’s videos on YouTube, so I had a basic understanding. But I wanted proper guidance, so I visited DRC Pune.
