I am Sujay Tarak, 35, and I work as a Marketing Associate in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
For a long time, I struggled with my health. I felt tired all the time, kept gaining weight, and even simple daily tasks felt heavy. Festivals and social gatherings that should have been fun often left me feeling guilty about overeating.
I wanted to change, but didn’t know how.
Then one day, I came across the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and the 90-Days weight loss & diabetes reversal Challenge on YouTube. The simple and disciplined approach clicked with me. When I found out a new challenge was starting on 1st June, I told myself, ‘this is my chance’. My family and friends were unsure, especially with Ganesh Chaturthi festival coming up, but I stayed determined.
From day one, I gave my 100 percent. I shared meal photos, followed the program sincerely, and focused on my health. Along with diet, I started running, slowly at first, and later built up to 10 km daily. During these 90 days, I even completed two half-marathons, something I never thought possible. Most importantly, the fatigue I had lived with for years completely disappeared.
In the first month, I lost 3.5 kg and felt more energetic. That small success gave me confidence. In the second month, I continued losing weight, my reports improved, and I noticed big lifestyle changes like fewer cravings and better sleep.
By the end of 90 days, the results amazed me:
HbA1c reduced from 5.8 to 5.6%
Weight reduced from 76 kg to 69.5 kg
Waistline reduced from 102 cm to 92 cm
My friends and relatives noticed the changes too and appreciated my progress, which motivated me even more.
But the real victory was not just in the numbers. I gained my energy back, learned to control my cravings, and built discipline in life. For the first time, I felt I was creating a stronger and healthier version of myself.
This lifestyle is practical, easy to follow, and sustainable. That’s why I share my experience and try to support the movement so others can benefit too.
