In 2020, during my pregnancy, I underwent a test and my HbA1c came out to be 6.8%, which indicated that I had diabetes. My gynecologist told me that it was due to pregnancy and that it would reduce later, so I became a little careless. However, in December 2022, when I got my HbA1c tested again, the result was 7.3%. I made a sincere effort to follow this lifestyle and succeeded. Within 11 months, my HbA1c reduced from 7.3% to 5.83%. During this entire period, I did not take any diabetes medication. My husband supported me a lot throughout this journey.
