First of all, I want to make one thing clear — this isn’t a story of “perfect success,” but it is certainly one of “inspiring success.”

I participated in the Dr. Dixit’s 90-day Diabetes Reversal and Weight Loss Challenge. I started with great enthusiasm — planning, diet, exercise, water intake, and most importantly, a positive attitude!

During this period, I learned a lot — not just about health, but about my own capabilities, discipline, and mental strength. Even though I couldn’t complete the full 90 days “perfectly,” this journey gave me so much. I gained some control over my blood sugar, lost a bit of weight, and most importantly, my perspective toward myself changed.

Final Results after 90 days:
HbA1c%: 7.3 → 6.8
Weight: 71 kg → 69 kg
