On 21.03.2023, I came to know that Dr. Dixit’s center was conducting a free HbA1c testing campaign. To take advantage of this, I went to DRC Pune and got myself tested. At that time, my HbA1c came out to be 9.3%, and I was declared diabetic. I had been hearing about Dr. Dixit since 2022. I then decided to seek his guidance and visited DRC to learn all about Dr. Dixit lifestyle program.
I decided to follow this lifestyle, which involves walking 4–5 km daily and eating only two meals a day. I began following it accordingly. The benefits of this started reflecting in my test results every month. Within 8 months, my HbA1c reduced from 9.3% to 5.8%. My weight also decreased by 4.4 kg.
I am very eager to continue following Dr. Dixit lifestyle and achieve even greater success in the future. I am hopeful that I will become diabetes-free very soon.
