My Transformation Story
I had gained lot of weight after my 3 C section deliveries. I tried a lot to reduce my weight by following Yoga, Gym, walking, diet plan etc. My weight dropped by 2.5 kg to 3 kg and it became stagnant after that. My knees started developing pain. Knee pain and swelling aggravated during lockdown.
That moment I decided that something different needs to be done. While casually surfing on YouTube videos I came across *Dr. Dixit’s Diet Plan*. I watched the lecture’s video. But I could not understand anything from the video. Then I watched all videos again and again to understand the concept.
I got Mr. Dinakar Damale sir’s number from Social media who added me to 04 Dm Rev Group.
Daily I walk 5 to 5.5 km and do exercise on alternate days. I practice exercises recommended for knees daily. I am following this routine for last 10 months. I used to get bore with this but now it has become part of life.
I take lunch at 11.15 am and dinner at 7.15 pm. I have always followed principle of 2 meals a day.
My lunch starts with 2 walnuts, 6-7 almonds, 3-4 cashew nuts, sprouts, lot of salad. Then half bhakri or 1 chapati, I bowl of daal, 1 bowl of vegetable, peanuts chutney is my routine.
I drink lot of water between meals or sometimes black tea or green tea. Same routine is followed for dinner.
Seldom, to bring change in the routine I have oats cooked with lot of vegetables or sometimes I have soup.
I rediscovered myself after following this diet plan. I regained my lost self-confidence. Now I participate in all works with lot of energy and enthusiasm. Most important is I can wear my old cloths now.
