My Transformation Story
I love exercising since childhood and I was never diabetic but was overweight. My weight during November 2018 was between 90 to 86 kg.
I have sent my HbA1C and Fasting Insulin test reports to Mr. Bhalchandra Bailur .After counselling, he added me in weight loss telegram group.
I sincerely started following Dr. Dixit Lifestyle on 1st December 2018. Initially, for about two weeks, I felt it difficult to adjust with this regime and overcome hunger. But then I settled with only two meals a day and each meal within 55 minutes. In between the two meals I used to take only water and black tea . On exercise front, during Jan-Mar 2019, I was jogging 8 km in 60 minutes and was exercising weightlifting for 30 min daily, average 6 days a week.


With a pleasant surprise after about two months, I started feeling flexible, light and energetic and experienced sound sleep every day.
I started looking slim so I consulted Mr. Bailur and Dr. Veda Nalawade and believing in own experience, stuck with this lifestyle.
*During travelling / business tours, I was not getting meals on time*, so I started carrying Meal Box wherever I went.
During first and second wave of Covid-19, though I was a Covid Warrior on duty, I was not infected. I believe this lifestyle has already boosted my immunity.
As I continued this regime sincerely, my stamina and strength has increased over a period of time, I strictly follow diet as advised by *Dr Dixit Sir* and exercise as advised by late Dr Shrikant Jichkar Sir.
Since there is no intake in between two meals except water, I don’t have any tension of tea or snacks addiction. It saves time & money also.
I started enjoying exercise and sports even more.
When I am having meals at peak of my hunger time, the food I eat is even tastier and I literally enjoy it. I also realised why Meal is called “पूर्णब्रम्ह”.
Presently I run 5 km in 30 minutes, do weightlifting for 30 minutes apart from 15 minutes stretching pre- & post- workout daily, six days a week.
To ensure that I do not skip anything of this lifestyle, I write down Do’s & Don’ts or new things and listen to inspirational lectures of late Dr Jichkar and *Dr Dixit*. This helps to imbibe it on my subconscious mind.
My weight has reduced from 90 kg to 68 kg in three years . Waist Circumference is reduced by 10 cm. Since no tea, lunch breaks, I work for more hours than earlier which is helping my personal, social and professional life.
I was inspired when Mr Bailur sir told about Dr. Sandip Kate Sir’s video and his passion for marathon. I have completed two half marathons and will continue to participate in the future marathons.
I encourage my family and friends to follow *Dr Dixit* Lifestyle. My wife and my sister have already started this lifestyle.
I salute to talented, highly qualified late Dr Shrikant Jichkar, who has tried to spread this knowledge and skills among the general public without any monetary expectations.
By his untimely demise, we as a Nation have lost a Diamond (Bharat Ratna) without showing its shine to the world.
In this world, there are good people who keep on serving society. *Dr Jagannath Dixit* is one such philanthropist whom I salute from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, Sir.
