I had many bad habits, such as drinking tea several times a day, eating something or the other every hour, and never exercising. My work was also very demanding and irregular, with no fixed working hours. Sometimes I had night shifts and sometimes day shifts, due to which my meal timings were also irregular.
Because of this, I started developing health problems. My weight gradually increased and reached 100 kg. Everyone advised me to lose weight. I also made several attempts. For example, I walked regularly for a month as a form of exercise, but then I fell ill and stopped exercising. In this way, I was unable to reduce my weight.
Even then, I was not experiencing any major problems because of my weight.
Suddenly, one day, the railway doctor told me that my HbA1c was becoming uncontrolled. I became very disappointed. However, a friend suggested that I should meet Dr. Jagannath Dixit Sir at least once.
I was very disturbed, but at DRC Pune, I met Mr. Vishwas Sir. He explained everything to me properly and assured me that there was no need to worry so much. He told me, “Just meet Sir once; all your problems will be resolved.”
I met Dr. Dixit Sir and received proper guidance. After that, I started following this lifestyle.
Despite the extremely difficult and irregular routine of a railway driver, I managed to take out one hour every day for exercise and strictly followed the dietary rules.
After three months, I was absolutely amazed to see the results I had achieved.
I give full credit for my success to Dr. Dixit Sir and Shri Vishwas Sir. I am also sincerely grateful to my family members, who supported me in following this lifestyle.
I have now decided to follow this lifestyle for the rest of my life.
