In 2023, I came to know that I have gained a lot of weight which has now reached to 82 kg. At that time only I came to know that I am suffering from high BP and diabetes.
I met the doctor. He prescribed me some tablets but I was not mentally prepared to take the tablets.
Then my husband told me about Dr Dixit life style and I reached to Dr Dixit diet center and met the admin.
Then I participated in 6th weight loss challenge and the results are as following …..
My weight decreased from 82 kg to 70 kg.
And HbA1c reduced from 8.8 to 5.9
In this way I became pre diabetic from diabetic.
This increased my confidence but the desired effect was still to be achieved. So I participated in 8th challenge also.
I used to walk daily 5 km in one hour.
I used to follow eating only two times but because of some domestic problems I could not continue my daily walking.
But even then, the results which I got are as follows…….
My weight reduced from 70 kg to 67 kg
Circumference of waist reduced from 103 cm to 100 cm
HbA1c changed from 5.8 to 6%.
Fasting insulin reduced from 10.5 to 8.74
During this journey Dr Dixit sir, admin Srikanth Danke sir and Anjali mam inspired me and also helped me a lot. Due to this life style I have become very positive about my life.
I have decided that I will continue Dr Dixit lifestyle throughout my life.
