A few months ago, I was not in good health. After undergoing blood tests, my HbA1c level came back at 9.5%, confirming that I had diabetes. My weight stood at 81 kilograms. This came as a massive shock to me. At that moment, I resolved to start paying serious attention to my health.
I decided to strictly adhere to Dr. Dixit lifestyle guidelines for a minimum of three months. I embarked on this journey with complete honesty and discipline. Throughout this process, the group administrators Ms. Prapti Gandhi, Ms. Kirti Lande, and Mr. Mayuresh Natu provided excellent guidance at every step.
Within just one month, I began to see positive results. My HbA1c level dropped from 9.5 to 7.5%, and my weight decreased from 81 kg to 78 kg. This significantly boosted my self-confidence.
After three months, the results were truly outstanding. My HbA1c level dropped to 6, and my weight reached 75 kg. My waistline also reduced significantly. I began to feel lighter, more energetic, and happier than ever before.
