I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2023. I came to know about Dr. Dixit lifestyle through a friend who had benefited greatly by following it.
I started following the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle in February 2025. At that time, my weight was 72.4 kg and my HbA1c was 9.1%.
Within two to three months of adopting this lifestyle, I noticed remarkable positive changes in both my weight and HbA1c levels.
I followed the diet routine strictly and started walking 7 to 8 km daily. Later, I joined the 90-day challenge program. Now my weight has reduced to 66.20 kg and my HbA1c has come down to 6.3%.
I will definitely continue following this lifestyle and will recommend it to others as well.
