I was diagnosed with diabetes and was taking medication.

On the advice of my daughter, who is an IT engineer in Pune, I joined the Dr. Dixit group. I was fortunate to receive guidance and counselling from Mrs. Padma B. R. from Mysore.

After sincerely following Mrs. Padma’s instructions, my health parameters gradually returned to normal. Within five months of following the Dr Dixit lifestyle, Dr Dixit advised me to stop my diabetes medication.

My medicines were discontinued in March. At that time, Mrs. Padma advised me to be especially careful with my diet, as my blood sugar levels could rise and the mango season was approaching. I followed her advice strictly and did not eat even a single piece of mango throughout the season.

Since stopping my medication, I have been undergoing routine check-ups every three months, and all my reports have remained within the normal range. My weight has been reduced from 64 kg to 60 kg. I also walk for an hour every day and feel energetic throughout the day.

Their guidance, dedication, and continuous support have made a remarkable difference in my life. I am deeply grateful for their efforts and wholeheartedly appreciate the invaluable work they are doing to help people lead healthier lives.
