I had been hearing about Dr. Dixit Lifestyle since around 2020. However, at that time, I did not have any significant problems related to diabetes. I contracted COVID-19 in April 2021. After that, when I checked my blood sugar levels, they were found to be slightly elevated. Subsequently, I started taking Ayurvedic medicines on the advice of doctors at Patanjali. Meanwhile, my blood sugar levels began to return to normal. I continued taking Patanjali medicines for two years, but my HbA1c remained around 6.8–7.0%.
On 22 December 2025, I met with a scooter accident. Around that time, my blood pressure increased considerably. I underwent a 2D Echo test, and after examining the report, the doctors advised me to undergo angiography. The doctors also asked me to get my HbA1c tested. Since my HbA1c was 7%, they started me on a tablet of Metformin 500 mg.

Meanwhile, I watched a YouTube video of Dr. Dixit Sir’s lecture in Nashik. In that lecture, he had shared the mobile number of Mr. Nandan Deshpande for contact. When I contacted Mr. Deshpande, he informed me about the center on Law College Road. The very next day, on 9 June 2026, I visited the center. There, Mr. Vishwas Joshi Sir and Mrs. Meghana Madam explained the lifestyle guidelines to me. I adopted Dr. Dixit Lifestyle from 10 June 2026.
At 11 a.m., I eat a bowl of boiled peanuts, a bowl of cucumber and tomato salad, and a bowl of boiled or sprouted green gram, moth beans, horse gram or chickpeas. At 5 p.m., I have buttermilk or black tea. At around 7:15 p.m., I eat four soaked almonds and four walnuts, followed by vegetables and chapatis/bhakri or daal and rice. I practice yoga for one hour every morning and walk 4 km every evening.
As a result of following this routine, my HbA1c dropped to 6.4% within the very first month. After four months, on 12 October 2026, it further decreased to 5.7%. This means that within four months, I moved into the pre-diabetic range. On Dr Dixit’s advice, I have now stopped taking all medicines.
Dr. Dixit Sir has advised me to continue following this lifestyle. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Dixit Sir, Dr. Savita Kulkarni Madam, Mr. Vishwas Joshi Sir and Mrs. Meghana Madam. My family members have given me tremendous support in following this lifestyle and continue to do so. I thank them as well.
