My Transformation Story
I work in a private company. The nature of my work is completely sedentary. Because of this desk-bound lifestyle, my weight was badly affected. My weight reached 92.5 kg. I used to get very breathless while walking. My legs also pained a lot. This increased my laziness, and there was a constant sluggishness in my body.
Once, our company conducted a medical checkup. The report showed that I had sugar. It was right on the borderline of diabetes. My HbA1c was 6.7%. After seeing this report, I felt very uneasy and my mind became quite disturbed. At the same time, my wife, Mrs. Sangeeta, told me about Dr. Dixit lifestyle available on YouTube. Following her advice, I went to Sir’s center in Pune. The date was 20.03.24. There, I was explained everything about the lifestyle and given excellent guidance, which boosted my enthusiasm.
Around the same time, a 90-day weight-loss challenge also started. Thinking “the more, the better,” I joined it as well. In the very first month, my HbA1c reduced from 6.7% to 5.9%. I felt extremely happy. During this time, I did not take any medicines at all. My weight also dropped to 88 kg.
In the second month, my HbA1c further reduced to 5.8%, and my weight came down to 83.5 kg. The obesity in my body reduced to a good extent. The pain in my legs also decreased. Now, I no longer felt fatigue or stress. My mind felt fresh and full of enthusiasm.
Everyone at the center gave me great support. I sincerely thank Dr. Dixit Sir and his entire team for their unconditional service. By following this lifestyle, I am not just hopeful but fully confident that I will become completely free from diabetes. I wish to share the benefits I have experienced with every diabetic patient and strongly urge them to understand this lifestyle in detail and put it into practice.
