My Transformation Story
In November 2023, once some dust got into my eye. My eye became very red, and the dust particles pricked inside. I went to an eye doctor. While treating my eye, the doctor asked me to get my sugar level checked. When I got it checked, my HbA1c came out to be 12.3%. When I went back to the doctor, he suggested starting insulin injections. I was shocked. Some people advised me to go to Madhavbaug. I went there, and after looking at all my reports, they told me the treatment would cost around one lakh rupees. Knowing that this was beyond my budget, I decided to drop the idea.
On YouTube, I had heard about Dr. Dixit. At the same time, I found the address of DRC in my Lokmat newspaper. On 25th November, I visited the center. Mrs. Atkekar and Mr. Gokhale counseled me and assured me that if I strictly followed the lifestyle, I would definitely become free from diabetes.
I followed this lifestyle exactly. I used to eat out a lot, but now I have stopped it completely. Every month, I would regularly get my HbA1c test done and visit the center. Without taking any medicine, my HbA1c dropped from 12.3% to 6.1%. I also shared my other health problems with Dr. Swati, and she addressed them from time to time. I had psoriasis on my leg and was not taking any medicine for it, but surprisingly, this problem also reduced greatly. I consider this an added bonus of this lifestyle.
I see Dr. Dixit as equivalent to God. Since his service is free, it is accessible to everyone. My wife and I will follow this lifestyle for the rest of our lives. My weight has also reduced by 7 kg. I am now confident that I will soon be free from diabetes.
