Last year in August, a small wound on my foot was not healing, so I did a sugar test and my blood sugar level was found to be 190. The doctor advised me to stop eating sweets and to start walking, but due to being busy with work, I did not pay attention to the doctor’s advice. However, when I checked my sugar again in April, it had increased to 260. The doctor started me on medicines. After that, both I and my family became worried. People began telling various things about diabetes and diabetic patients. Listening to all this caused me a lot of tension.
By chance, I watched Dr. Dixit sir’s video on YouTube and visited the center on J.M. Road. The sir there guided me properly, and I started following the diet and walking as advised. However, due to work, it was not regular. Meanwhile, this challenge was announced, and I decided from my heart to participate in it. After joining the challenge, Anjali Madam and Kavita Madam provided excellent guidance. Because of their guidance, my HbA1c reduced from 5.9 to 5.4%. My weight reduced by approximately 5 to 6 kg.
During this challenge, my wife and daughters helped me greatly in maintaining my diet and walking routine. I am grateful to Dr. Dixit sir, Anjali Madam, Kavita Madam, my wife, and my daughters.
