I started following the lifestyle 100%. I followed the eating sequence and proper exercise as instructed. Within just one month, my weight reduced by 3 kg and my HbA1c dropped by 0.6. This boosted my confidence. I improved all my eating habits. Within four months, I lost 17 kg and my HbA1c reduced to 5.6. My enthusiasm increased greatly. My walking capacity and speed improved. Now, along with walking, I am also able to run for 30 minutes. In the beginning, running had seemed impossible for me.
Another benefit of weight loss was that I was able to wear clothes that I had stopped wearing 6–7 months earlier. I know that I have only reached half of my target, but I am confident that I will achieve the remaining half too. At the center, I received excellent guidance and support from Avinash Gokhale sir, Dr. Swati Samant madam, all the center’s admin team, and above all, from Dr. Jagannath Dixit sir. For this, I sincerely thank them all. I will soon achieve my remaining target. I will always remain grateful for the constant support from everyone at the center. I feel that these people who came into my life are like angels.
