The Dr. Dixit lifestyle has been one of the most positive experiences of my life. In January 2023, I was suffering from severe sleep issues and constantly felt uneasy. I held a key position at my workplace, and the job stress was immense. Around that time, I also began experiencing severe toothache. When the pain became unbearable, I consulted a dentist. The dentist advised tooth extraction but also recommended some tests.
When the test results came, I was shocked — my HbA1c was 7.6%, and my sugar level was 190. The dentist refused to extract the tooth and advised me to control my sugar completely for four months before returning. He prescribed antibiotics to temporarily relieve the pain.
This made me even more nervous. I watched all of Dr. Dixit’s videos and contacted Mr. Nawge. He gave me the address and contact number of the DRC Pune center. When I visited the center, Mr. Avinash Gokhale explained the entire lifestyle method to me. I returned home with renewed energy and determination. At that time, I weighed 86 kg, which was 9 kg more than what was ideal for my height.
Initially, it was difficult to begin. But soon I started enjoying this lifestyle. I did another HbA1c test on 18th August — it came down to 6%, and my weight reduced to 78.7 kg. I felt more energetic. The tooth pain also reduced significantly, and my sleep problems began to subside.
Then came 7th October — after another test, my joy knew no bounds. My HbA1c dropped to 5.6%, and my weight was 76.2 kg. As of today, 15.02.2024, my weight is 73 kg. The Dr. Dixit lifestyle has played a major role in improving my health and my life. I am truly grateful to Dr. Dixit sir and his entire team who are working with the mission of making India diabetes-free.
I have resolved to follow this lifestyle for life and to spread this message to all my friends and loved ones.
