I, Anand Asopa, work as a priest in Pune. Due to the nature of my work, my diet was unregulated, and there was great inconsistency in my meal timings. As a result, my weight increased to 96.25 kg. As a result, without taking any medication, I progressed from diabetic to pre-diabetic status within just 4 months. I also lost 11 kg of weight. I’m thankful to God that I did not have to take any diabetes medications.

I will continue to follow this lifestyle with dedication and strive to be completely free from diabetes.
