I weighed 63 kg and had been suffering from allergies for about 20 years. Along with this, I had constant acidity and indigestion. I had taken all the treatments like allopathy, homeopathy, Unani and Ayurvedic but there was no benefit.
I had to continue the medication by enduring all the side effects. I had completely stopped eating eggs, fish, brinjal, guava and other favourite foods.
At the end of May, my husband got my blood tested and informed me about the 7th weight loss challenge.
My HbA1c: 6.2%, which means prediabetes. So, I had to join it forcibly even though I did not want to.
Slowly I started benefiting from it. Laziness decreased and enthusiasm started increasing in daily life. The need for allergy pills decreased. So, I started following the diet rules exactly. And I started enjoying this. However, due to my personal reasons, I was not doing any walking or any other exercise.
In addition, due to my family reasons, I was not able to follow any of these for 20 days. So, I felt that what I had done till now would not be of any benefit. Even though I started following all the rules again.
And at the end of the challenge, that was started by force in this way, my results were:
weight: 63-56=7 kg,
waist circumference: 95-84=11 cm,
HbA1c: 6.2 to 6.1%
And most importantly, my allergy has completely cured and now I do not feel any pain no matter what I eat. I have come to realize that if I had worked harder, if I had exercised regularly, I would have gotten even better results. But I am very happy because of the benefits that I have received and I will continue to follow this lifestyle.
