Since last few years I had been struggling with some health issues such as high BP, diabetes, weight gain and joint pain. All these had a major impact on my daily life. I was in search of some remedy and that time only I came across Dr Dixit lifestyle and the 90-day challenge through a group named DRCC group.
When I came to know that the challenge is going to begin on 1st February 2026, I made a firm decision to participate. Actually, my family members and friends were not sure because there were many upcoming festivals like Holi. But I was determined about the challenge. I stayed fully committed sharing meal photos, exercise updates and following the discipline in the program.
Truly speaking sometimes, I missed the submission of daily Google forms but letter I submitted them.

The results I got after 90 days are as follows
HbA1c remained same as 5.7
Initial weight was 127 kgs which decreased to 123 kg
Circumference of waist reduced from 134 cm to 133 cm
Fasting insulin was 39.60 which reduced to 17.30

One of the most important realization for me was self-control over cravings, building discipline and improved mindset.
