Without any specific symptom I undergone my routine checkup and came to know that I am pre diabetic. I became very upset and did not want to take the tablets for this and therefore I started finding for some other remedies.
Then I came to know about Dr Dixit lifestyle videos and I also understood that diabetes can be reversed. So, I decided to accept this lifestyle and participated in 8 th weight loss challenge in December 2025.

The first 15 days were very difficult for me because I could not tune with the new life style but our group admin personally observed my daily routine and told me the flaws in my meals. The admin guided me about the portion to be consumed and the sequence of the different food items. When I followed this, I became relaxed and started my daily walking of 4 and half km.
This all gave me very good benefits.
The results after 90 days are as follows…
HbA1c reduced from 5.8 to 5.2
The initial weight of 75 kg decreased up to 66 kg
Fasting insulin reduced from 8.4 to 6.15
Circumference of waist became 92 cm from 81 cm
During this journey Dr Dixit sir, Anjali madam, Bodas sir, Danke sir offered me a very good guidance.
Because of participating in this challenge, I could get a good control on my life.
The efforts, the persistence gave me the expected results.
And not only I reduced my weight but I understood the healthy lifestyle.

I am going to follow Dr. Dixit lifestyle throughout my life.
