My journey began in mid-January 2026 during a routine yearly health checkup. The results were a massive wake-up call: my HbA1c was 10.6%. On February 1, 2026, I officially kicked off the 90-Day Challenge to take back control.
My first-month report brought a major surprise: my HbA1c had already dropped to 8.0%, and my Fasting Insulin had fallen to 2.55.
In March, the routine became my new standard. A major highlight of this journey was the guidance I received from Kavita Mehendale madam. She was always encouraging and never harsh in her feedback. Her support made a real difference in keeping us on track.
By the final month, the structure was fully internalized. I reached my highest consistency. Today, I have significantly more energy and fewer aches and pains than when I started. Remarkably, my knee feels better despite the increased activity. It is now my dream to get my HbA1c under 6.0% and maintain it there to enjoy a healthy, happy life.
