I had been struggling a lot with diabetes as well as increasing weight. Around the year 2009, I was diagnosed with diabetes. After that, I started taking various medicines and tablets, and over time their dosage kept increasing.
Before the COVID period, I had started the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle based on incomplete information. Since I did not take proper guidance, I experienced only limited benefits at that time, and due to certain reasons I had to discontinue the lifestyle.
This topic was always discussed at home. Our friend Aniruddha Deshpande from Mumbai encouraged me to visit the center again and restart the lifestyle properly. Through his words, I gained confidence that “if this lifestyle is adopted again, diabetes can be brought under control, and medicines may even be reduced.” This motivated me to visit the center.
On 3rd September 2025, I underwent tests. My HbA1c was 7.7% and fasting insulin was 24. Also, my weight had reached nearly 90 kg. I visited the center with my reports. There, Shilpa Tai and Dr. Dixit sir guided me properly. They gave me the confidence that, “If you follow this lifestyle correctly and consistently, you can become diabetes-free.”
I started the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle on 4th September 2025. Within the first four months itself, I noticed a significant reduction in my weight and body measurements. Regular exercise, eating only twice a day in the prescribed sequence, and maintaining a disciplined routine brought positive changes in my body.


In the tests conducted in December, my HbA1c reduced to 7% and fasting insulin came down to 7.50. My weight also reduced from 89.90 kg to 81.60 kg. After reviewing my reports, the doctor also reduced the dosage of my medicines.
Later, I learned about the 8th Challenge through our group and decided to participate in it. Since I had suffered an injury in January, there were some restrictions on my exercise, and I was doubtful whether I should participate in the challenge or not. But I did not give up.
Although I could not walk for a few days, I followed the food rules very strictly. I regularly shared meal photos and kept filling the Google Form for exercise updates. The guidance given from time to time by Kavita Tai and Minal Tai proved extremely motivating for us. I am deeply grateful to them for that.
Because of this Challenge and the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle, I was able to overcome my cravings for sweets. Since this lifestyle is simple and practical to follow, I have decided to continue it throughout my life.
I will definitely tell everyone who comes in contact with me about this lifestyle, and I will surely try to contribute my small part to this health movement started by Dr. Dixit.
