Tip of the day : Two confusions about the diet plan clarified

It is learnt that many new members have two confusions about the diet plan:

1) Some of them feel that as per diet plan they have to eat for 55 minutes which is difficult for them.

2) Some members feel that to lose weight they must eat less…

Let me explain it…
1) It is advised in our diet plan to finish your meal in maximum period of 55 minutes. You can finish it in 15 or 20 minutes too
…or any time less than 55 minutes. In this diet plan we want to reduce the frequency of insulin secretion. Insulin starts secreting once you start eating. If you continue eating for more than 55 minutes insulin gets secreted for the second time which we do not want. This is the reason for time limit of 55 minutes.

2) In this diet plan we are not telling you to reduce the quantity or variety of food that you were consuming before starting this diet plan. So there is no question of deficiencies of vitamins or minerals.
