I had my blood test done on December 2023. In that test, I was found to be diabetic. At that time, my HbA1c was 10.2%. Doctor prescribe me Metformin 50/500 tablets, one in the morning and one in the evening. I took the tablets for a few days. I already knew a little about Dr. Dixit sir. I listened to Dr. Dixit sir’s lectures on YouTube. I called the number given below the video. As they told me, I got all the tests done in their way. They explained me Dr. Dixit’s lifestyle and advised me not to take diabetes medicines. I followed the lifestyle strictly and my HbA1c came down from 10.2 to 9% within a month. Due to this, I participated in the 5th Diabetes Reversal and Weight Loss Challenge with great enthusiasm. In it, my HbA1c came down from 9% to 7.1%. My enthusiasm increased even more. I continued to follow this lifestyle and in the 6th Weight Loss Challenge, my HbA1c became 6.2%. That is, I became pre-diabetic from a diabetic person.
After that, I became careless for some time and neglected my lifestyle. My HbA1c increased and became 8.1%. My anxiety increased due to becoming diabetic again. I took part in the 7th Weight Loss Challenge seriously and started following this lifestyle strictly as per the guidance of the group admins. Now after the end of this challenge my HbA1c has come down to 7.1%. During this time, my weight has decreased from 66 kg to 60 kg. My waist circumference has decreased from 102 cm to 85 cm. Now I am completely fine. My face has become radiant. Also, my enthusiasm for work has increased.
I give the credit for all this success to Dr. Dixit sir and his team. They have guided me from time to time. I am determined to become diabetes-free by following the Dr. Dixit lifestyle in future. I am also promoting this lifestyle among the people. Today, eight people in Ambad city are experiencing this.
