Around June/July 2023, my weight had increased. I was worried about aging and its effects. One day, while talking to my sister-in-law, I came to know about Dr. Jagannath Dixit sir and his work. I learned that Dr. Dixit sir guides people on effortless weight loss. My sister-in-law used to visit Dr. Dixit sir’s center to control diabetes. After hearing her experience, I too decided to visit the Pune center.
As per the rules of the center, I got my HbA1c and fasting insulin tests done. I was happy to know that I was non-diabetic. After reaching the center, I was guided about Dr. Dixit Lifestyle. Looking at both my reports, however, I was told that I was not non-diabetic, but pre-diabetic. That disappointed me a little. But while leaving the center, I firmly decided that I would soon become non-diabetic and also reduce my weight.
I am happy to share that within 6 months my HbA1c reduced from 5.4% to 5.1%, my fasting insulin reduced from 15 to 5.4, and my weight dropped by 5 kg. These results have remained stable.
Now my weight has reduced, my waistline has decreased, and I feel very fresh. My enthusiasm for work has increased. My routine has also settled well. The biggest benefit is that my son Kedar, 22 years old, works at a computer-based sedentary job, which involves little movement. To avoid health issues, he too has adopted the same lifestyle along with me.
