My name is Parvati Sanjay Nanavare and I am 52 years old. On 2nd January 2024, my HbA1c was 6.9%. But at that time, I did not know that I had diabetes. On 12th May 2025, I came to know that I had diabetes.
At that time, my HbA1c was 9.5%. The doctor prescribed medicines, but I did not take them. On 16th May 2025, my daughters took me to* Dr. Jagannath Dixit’s* center. There we received information about lifestyle. From 16th May 2025, I started following this lifestyle. At that time, my HbA1c was 9.5% and my weight was 69.20 kg. They told me to check HbA1c every month and visit the center. Accordingly, I strictly followed the lifestyle and visited regularly.
On 17th June 2025, my HbA1c reduced to 7.6% and my weight to 65.65 kg.
On 17th July 2025, it became 6.7% and my weight was 64.65 kg.
On 23rd August 2025, it came down to 6.1% and my weight was 63.30 kg.
Now, I have moved from diabetes to the pre-diabetic stage. My efforts are now directed towards becoming diabetes-free. I sincerely thank Dr. Jagannath Dixit Sir and the entire center team. I appeal to all diabetic patients to follow this lifestyle and become diabetes-free. I have firmly decided that I will follow this lifestyle throughout my life and live a diabetes-free life.
