Tip of the Day: Let me address the cases of “No weightloss” or “discomfort due to diet plan”..

Today I spoke to Hemant, Deepali and Farida...they had a common query:
Despite eating twice for a few weeks their weight is not going down. In addition they had gases, bloating and hunger pangs...unbearable sometimes.

The problem identified is :

All of them are eating not as per their hunger but as per convenience of job.
Remember the fundamental principle of diet plan is
"eat when you are really hungry". If you eat late...your stomach's acid and gastric juices can't work properly. Result is acidity, indigestion, gases, bloating..!! Also you may not lose weight !
One more thing common with all three was none of them did HbA1C and fasting Insulin.
These tests guide us regarding the behavior of that individual's body towards carbohydrates metabolism. Some people show positive changes in these tests first and then in inches and weightloss.

MORAL OF THE STORY :
1) Eat when you are really hungry.
2) Do exercises for at least 45 minutes per day.
3) Get your investigations done at the earliest.
