Please note that there are people who eat only once a day. No adverse effect is observed on their health. Eating twice a day is enough. The more you eat, the more often the body produces insulin. To avoid this, it is important to eat twice. Timing of two meals has to be decided by you. In fact, we didn’t have concept of breakfast at all. This is evident from the fact that there is no synonym for breakfast in Sanskrit. If you do not have breakfast, energy s supplied to body cells first from glycogen and through fats later. It reduces body fat and thus reduces weight. Means, not having breakfast does have good impact on body. If some people find it important to have breakfast in the morning, they should take complete meal at that time. Then have dinner without having lunch. It is very much natural to eat whenever you feel hungry. One who is hungry at nine in the morning should take lunch at that time. We have named it ‘Breakfast’. Conclusion is, eat only twice a day.
