I am Yogesh Garajkar. I first learned about Dr. Dixit’s lifestyle in 2018, but I wasn’t able to follow it back then. I participated in the “Dr. Dixit 90-Day Weight Loss and Diabetes Reversal Challenge” held from June 1, 2025, to August 30, 2025, and started following this lifestyle. At that time, my blood tests showed an HbA1c of 10.8% and fasting insulin of 17.37 units. My weight was 80 kg and my waist circumference was 110 cm.

In three months, I lost 6 kg, my HbA1c dropped from 10.8% to 8.5%, and my waist circumference reduced from 110 cm to 100 cm. additionally, my diabetes medication, which was 2 mg twice a day, has now been reduced to 1 mg. I must mention that these changes happened after following the diet and exercise plan for only 70 out of the 90 days; unfortunately, I couldn’t complete the full 90 days due to personal and domestic issues.

I feel very good and light now. I will continue to follow the Dr. Dixit lifestyle in the future. I received valuable guidance from Rajiv Bhalerao Sir, Shrinivas Bolabattin Sir, and Nikhil Nafde Sir.
