I had been struggling with, diabetes, weight gain issues which had a major impact on my daily life. I came across the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and the 90-Day Challenge through my brother on telephonic discussion. He suggested that he was planning to join 90 days challenge program which is starting from 1 June 2025. This is how my journey started for 90 days challenge program. When I learned the challenge would begin on 1June 2025, I made a firm decision to participate. Though my family and friends were unsure, especially due to upcoming festivals Rakhi Poornima, Janmashtami and Gauri-Ganpati, I was determined to give it my all. When I started my journey, my parameters were HBA1C – 7.3%, Weight-92 Kg. I stayed fully committed — sharing meal photos, exercise updates, and following the discipline taught in the program. In the first month, My Weight reduced to 88.4 Kg and HbA1C to 6.8%. In the following month(s), My Weight reduced to 84.5 Kg and HbA1C reduced to 6.4%.
