I was facing many difficulties in my day-to-day life due to diabetes. I came to know about the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and the 90-day challenge through social media. When I learned that this challenge was going to start from 01-06-2025, I took a firm decision to join it. My family members and friends were not very confident, especially because of the festival season, but I decided to do this challenge wholeheartedly.
Sometimes, due to work-related or personal difficulties, I could not send meal photos or exercise updates. I sincerely apologize for that. However, I adopted all the habits taught in the program. Within the very first month, I noticed a reduction in my blood sugar levels—something that had not happened in the last 20 years, but it happened within just one month. In the following months, there was even more progress.
Final results after 90 days:
HbA1c: Initially 8%, after three months 6.9%
Weight: Initially 55 kg, after three months 52.65 kg
Waist: Initially 89 cm, after three months 86 cm
Other improvements:
The dosage of my medicines has been reduced.
The biggest realization of my life:
My life has become disciplined, and I have developed good habits.
I am truly grateful to Dr. Dixit, Anjali Madam, and Kavita Madam for their continuous guidance and encouragement throughout this entire journey. In reality, we often do not value what we get for free, while things that cost money are given more importance. Dr. Dixit Sir’s lifestyle is free, yet people have to be persuaded to participate in it—this is the biggest tragedy. Based on my experiences, my wife, my friends, and my women friends are now eager to participate in the next challenge. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to everyone.
