When I got my sugar levels tested, I came to know that I have diabetes.
After that, I took Ayurvedic medicines for about 7–8 months, but my sugar levels were not reducing.
Then I learned about Dr. Jagannath Dixit’s Nashik Center. I visited the center on 12th March 2025, where Mr. Nandan Deshpande Sir explained to me in detail about Dr. Dixit lifestyle and advised me to do a blood test.
On 13th March 2025, I did my blood test. My HbA1C was 8.0%, insulin 7.46, and weight 68.4 kg.
I started following Dr. Dixit lifestyle and began walking 4.5 km for 45 minutes daily.
After one month, on 11th April 2025, I got my blood rechecked. My HbA1C had reduced to 6.2%, and my weight was 66.9 kg. I could feel a big difference in just one month.
Again, on 11th May 2025, my blood test showed HbA1C 5.4% and weight 65.7 kg.
Then, on 10th June 2025, my results were HbA1C 5.1% and weight 65.4 kg.
Later, Mr. Nandan Deshpande Sir advised me to test again after three months.
Accordingly, on 24th September 2025, I did my blood test. The results were HbA1C 5.1%, insulin 5.62, and weight 63.6 kg.
I was extremely happy with this progress.
With the immense benefit and satisfaction, I experienced, I sincerely thank Mr. Nandan Deshpande Sir, Mrs. Vandana Joshi Madam, and Dr. Jagannath Dixit Sir from the bottom of my heart.
I am now free from diabetes!
In this journey, my wife Shilpa has played a major role. She too has adopted this lifestyle, and it has brought a remarkable change in her as well.
I have been sharing my success story and the benefits of this lifestyle with all my friends and relatives, and I also take them along to the center.
Living a diabetes-free life is my goal.
I will continue to follow Dr. Dixit lifestyle and maintain my routine of walking and exercising regularly.
