On January 1, 2024, during a blood test, my HbA1c was 7.00%, fasting insulin was 3.78, weight was 60 kg, and waist circumference was 97 cm. This meant I was classified as a diabetic person. I did not want to take medication for diabetes for a lifetime. I got the number of Revati Deshpande madam from a friend. She properly explained the Dr. Dixit lifestyle to me. From January 15, 2024, a 90-day diabetes reversal and weight loss challenge started. My weight decreased by 7 kg and waist circumference reduced by 4 cm. This means that in just three months, I transitioned from being diabetic to pre-diabetic. I have not needed to take medication for diabetes so far. I believe that soon I will be able to move from pre-diabetic to non- diabetic without using medication.
