I had been struggling with diabetes which had a major impact on my daily life. I came across the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and the 90-Day Challenge social media.
When I learned the challenge would begin on 01 June, 2025, I made a firm decision to participate. Though my family and friends were unsure, especially due to upcoming festivals like Raksha Bandhan, I was determined to give it my all.
I stayed fully committed — sharing meal photos, exercise updates, and following the discipline taught in the program. In the first month, hba1c reduced by 0.2 and weight by 2 kg. In the following month(s), weight reduced by 3 kg, hba1c by 0.2.
By the end of the 90 days:
HbA1c: 9.7 → 7.2
Weight: 72 → 67
Waist: 92 → 89
Other improvements: improved energy
One of the biggest realizations for me was getting regular in walk as daily routine.
