In September 2023, I noticed dryness in my mouth. At that time, the doctor advised me to get a sugar test done. When tested, my HbA1c came out to be 8.2, which was a shock to me. I listened to Dr. Dixit’s lectures on YouTube and immediately decided to visit DRC Pune. At the center, I got the opportunity to meet Dr. Dixit in person. He explained the lifestyle changes in a very simple and understandable manner.
From the very next day, I started eating two meals a day and walking 8 km daily.
Within just three months, my HbA1c dropped from 8.2 to 5.9%, and I lost 7 kg in weight. My waist circumference also reduced. I was extremely happy.
Due to the benefits and satisfaction, I experienced, I sincerely thank the entire team and Dr. Dixit sir. I have now moved from being diabetic to pre-diabetic. Going forward, I aim to become completely free from diabetes. I will be sharing the positive changes brought by this lifestyle with all my friends and relatives.
Now, my goal is to lose more weight and live a diabetes-free life.
