My Transformation Story
In 2022, I found out that I had diabetes. At that time, my HbA1c was 9.1%. My weight was 85 kg. I also had thyroid issues. I learned about Dr. Dixit lifestyle program from my friend. Additionally, after listening to Dr. Dixit’s lectures on YouTube, I participated in the 5th and 6th Dr. Dixit diabetes reversal and Weight Loss Challenge. I felt a very good difference then. My HbA1c decreased to 7.1%. My weight reduced to 76 kg. From June 2025, the 7th Dr. Dixit diabetes reversal and Weight Loss Challenge started and I participated again. My HbA1c was 7.1%, which decreased to 6.8% in the first month itself. I have knee pain which prevents me from walking much. After three months, my HbA1c was 7.0%. There wasn’t much change in HbA1c. Due to festivals, my diet might have been off. My weight in June was 76 kg, now it has come down to 73 kg and my waist circumference has reduced from 95 cm to 93 cm.
Team leader Mr. Shrinivas Sir would meticulously inspect the meal plates and provide guidance on what was lacking, and every morning his message would come saying, ‘Let’s go for a walk.’ Similarly, Meghna Bhide Madam used to send daily diet recipes. Guidance was also given on how to start the meal. Activities were conducted every week. Guidance from Dr. Dixit Sir was provided through videos. Since I started the Dr. Dixit lifestyle, my weight, waist circumference, HbA1c, and fasting insulin have decreased, and I have benefited. Due to the Dr. Dixit lifestyle, my medicine doses have reduced, my weight doesn’t increase, and I feel lighter. I have developed a habit of eating only twice a day. Now I do not have issues with acidity, I am committed to continuing this Dr. Dixit lifestyle and I will also tell others about this lifestyle.
