My Transformation Story
One of My office colleagues, Mr. Shailesh was suffering from diabetes. His question to me about my blood Glucose level made me check my blood on 5-7-2021. It was 255 with GOD-POD method which shocked me.
Many of my friends advised me to start medicines for Diabetes but I was not of that opinion. My friend Mr. Shailesh shared me the *Dr Dixit’s* You tube lecture video link to watch. I watched that video and decided to follow *Dr Dixit Diet Plan*.
I got contact number of Mr. Arun Nawge sir from Youtube lecture and called him. He suggested few blood investigations and to share the data to Dr Nandkumar Hadgekar.
Dr Nandkumar shared me the diet plan and telephonically guided me to follow the diet plan. He asked me to monitor the HbA1C (HPLC method), fasting insulin and abdominal girth. I started following *Dr Dixit Diet Plan* from 18/07/2021.
I decided to walk daily for one hour (20-minute fast walk and 40 minutes running) and to have food twice a day. I followed the same just for 3 months only and now result has surprised me. I followed the diet plan strictly except for 2-3 occasions.
I have fixed lunch and dinner time. I ate lunch between 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm and dinner at 8.30 pm. I take home-cooked veg food most of the time except rice. I take eggs sometimes as non veg food item.
This *Dr Dixit diet* plan made me Pre-diabetic person from diabetic that too naturally and without medicine.
I am really thankful to *Dr Dixit sir*, Mr Arun Nawge sir, Dr Nandkumar sir and entire team who is doing such great job for our society.
Definitely I will give my contributions in this social cause by sharing information with my friends and relatives about *Dr Dixit Diet Plan*. I will ask them to pass on this message to needy people.
