My Transformation Story

As I was very fond of eating, I used to eat everything that came my way and was gaining weight day by day. I was able to realize it but was not able to convince myself about dieting. I used to start the diet plan but after one or two days used to get back to normal routine of eating. I was not able to say ‘No’ to eat. I was not able to follow diet plan with my job and was feeling it was tough. Weight loss for me was an impossible thing.

One of my aunts was following *Dr Dixit Diet Plan* for Diabetes and I heard from her that she lost 2-4 kg in 2 months. So I thought, if she could lose why I can’t.

Then I started listening to lectures of *Dr Dixit* on YouTube till 2am daily in night. I also joined “Effortless weight loss group” on Facebook and started reading success stories of members. From that group I found mobile no. of Dr Suhasini Bhalerao madam. I contacted her and as suggested by her I did the blood tests for HbA1C and Fasting Insulin. She counselled and explained the diet plan in detail. Madam added me in Dr Dixit Diet: Prediabetes’ Telegram group. My all test reports are given in the chart attached herewith.

I started following *Dr Dixit Diet Plan* from 20th September 2021. Initially I could not walk even one kilometer as it was very painful. For first 8 to 10 days I was not able to follow diet because of headache because I used to take tea and breakfast in morning. First week was very painful for me .After that period I was able to continue my exercise and diet plan regularly and as a result I started losing weight . My first meal was at 12 pm and second meal was at 8 pm. Initially I used to take diluted buttermilk with salt in between two meals. After few days I stopped taking buttermilk and continued drinking only water in between two meals.

Dr Bhalerao madam encouraged me to follow *Dr Dixit Diet Plan* strictly and regularly.
I used to read success stories on the telegram group. Everyone was exercising regularly and sharing their activities. That encouraged me to continue with the diet plan sincerely.

During the period of 3 months from 20/09/2021 to 20/12/2021, I lost 4 kg and in next three months I lost 3 kg, thus, lost total 7 kg. My HbA1C reduced from 5.6 to 5.1 and Fasting Insulin reduced from 11.6 to 5.1.

Due to this diet plan I feel energetic and light. For my success I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Revered *Dr Dixit Sir* for bringing such a simple and free diet plan to the world. Of all the WhatsApp groups I have, the one with Bhalerao madam is the most important for me and our conversations have changed my life. Because of her and so many inspiring people around me and everyone in the telegram group I could lose weight which looked impossible at one point.

Now, I will continue to follow this diet plan and exercise forever. Thank you all once again.
