QUESTION OF THE DAY : Sir, we lost a few kg weight in first two or three months of diet plan. Now it is stagnant. What to do??

ANSWER

Dear all, our research suggests that on an average, people lose 6.8 Kg in 6 months with a range of 3 to 16 kg!
It happens that some people lose more weight in first three months and others lose in later three months….though everyone loses weight
It happens that after significant weightloss, the reduction of weight stops or stagnates…
Then some solutions are:
1) Reduce one chappati from lunch and dinner and replace with half bowl of sprouts
2) Do not eat rice and chappati together. Eat chappati in morning and rice in dinner
3) Once in a week, instead of having regular dinner take only a soup or a fruit
4) Once in a week walk 6 to 8 km in place of 4.5 to 5km.
I am sure these measures shall help you to lose weight further.

Also remember that due to our diet plan, you will lose weight to a level which is healthy for you. After that you will not lose weight
