Question of the day : Sir, I walk 5 km two times in a day. Is it good or bad ?
Ans: As per our recommendation, one should walk 4.5 Km in 45 minutes ♀️♂️ to get the benefits of diet plan. If one walks more, definitely the benefit will be more ! But remember that what we suggest you is not a diet plan but it is a lifestyle. It means that you should be able to follow it happily throughout your life. Hence do things you can follow for lifetime. If you can continue walk of 10 Km everyday throughout your life, then no problem! It should not happen that now you walk for 10 Km and after a few weeks stop walking.
