I had a health problem of having to wake up and urinate four times every night. I informed my doctor about it. He advised me to undergo blood tests. The reports showed that my HbA1c was 6.8%. My weight was 80 kg, my waist circumference was 95 cm, and I also had high blood pressure. The doctor told me that there was nothing to worry about. However, I wanted to reduce my weight and bring my blood sugar levels back to normal.
I was already aware of Dr. Jagannath Dixit lifestyle. I immediately contacted him. He sent me one of his videos and advised me to start following the instructions given in it. My wife and I independently began following the lifestyle from 13 November 2025.
In February, Srinivas Sir enrolled me in the 8th 90-Day Challenge. I then became an official member of the Guardians Group. The feeling of loneliness disappeared, and I became part of a group community. I started enjoying the journey. Since my early forties, I had been regularly walking for exercise, and I continue to do so even today at the age of eighty. Inspired by Srinivas Sir, I once walked fifteen kilometres in a single day and later completed fifteen and a half kilometres. I regularly went for walks. I happily shared photographs of my exercise sessions and meal plates and submitted my reports every month. It was an unforgettable experience.
During this short journey, I developed a close association with Srinivas Sir. He truly worked with dedication. He took care of my health and helped me whenever needed at the right time. My heartfelt thanks to him.
Dr. Jagannath Dixit is undertaking a very significant and challenging mission, and I sincerely thank him as well. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the participants of the Guardians Group whose encouragement kept my enthusiasm alive.
