I had been struggling with high blood pressure, cholesterol, weight gain and joint pain, which had a major impact on my daily life. I came across the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and the 90-Day Challenge through my brother. When I learned the challenge would begin on 1st June 2025, I made a firm decision to participate. Though I knew that some hurdles will come, I was determined to give it my all. My family members also decided to give me support. My husband also joined the challenge to beat his Diabetes and Weight gain. The main reason to start this journey was because of my husband’s newly diagnosed Diabetes.
I stayed fully committed — sharing meal photos, exercise updates, and following the discipline taught in the program. In the first month, my weight reduced from 75 kg to 69.3 kg and waist circumference reduced from 95 cm to 89.5 cm. In the second month, my weight reduced further to 68.5 kg and waist circumference also reduced to 88.5 cm. Now, in the third month, my weight is 67.2 kg and waist circumference 87 cm.
By the end of the 90 days:
HbA1c: 5.10 → 5.10
Weight: 75 kg → 67.2 kg
Waist: 95 cm → 87 cm
Other improvements: improved energy level and reduced joint pain.
One of the biggest realizations for me was that with the discipline, proper mindset and self-control, I am able to reduce my weight and achieved better health condition.
After observing such result in myself, I was given a task to talk my testimonials to others in order to inspire them. In two occasions, I was able to convey my results and inspired 5 people to join Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and the 90-Days Challenge. I have deep respect for this noble cause which Dr. Dixit and his entire team dedicatedly working upon. I express my sincere apologies for not being able to actively contribute to this mission, but I would be more than happy to be passively helpful.
