I feel very happy to say that I am a living example of how big a change the Dr. Dixit lifestyle can bring.
In February 2025, I needed a fitness certificate for my throat surgery. At that time, unexpectedly, the pathology report revealed that I had diabetes. My average blood sugar was 223 and HbA1c was 9.4%. Earlier I had not felt any symptoms, so this came as a shock to me.
The doctor started medications, but I had decided in my mind that I would take medicines only until the fitness report became normal. After the surgery was successfully completed, I stopped the medicines. Around the same time, I came to know from my friends about Dr. Jagannath Dixit’s concept of eating two meals a day.
I watched many of his videos on YouTube, subscribed to the channel, and without joining any group, I started following his lifestyle exactly on my own. Within just three months, a big change started appearing in my reports — my HbA1c came down from 9.4 to 6.9%, and my weight reduced from 72 kg to 68.2 kg.
This increased my confidence and I joined the group of Dr. Satish Patil. He explained the Dr. Dixit lifestyle in detail. I sincerely followed all his instructions. As a result, within six months my weight reduced by 9 kg, my HbA1c dropped further and my waist circumference reduced by 7 cm.
Because of this change, many of my friends around me started asking me, “How did you become so fit?”
And I proudly say — this is all the result of the Dr. Jagannath Dixit lifestyle.
Today I myself happily work to spread awareness about this lifestyle.
Because of this lifestyle, my body feels lighter, my mind feels happier, my enthusiasm has increased, and I have developed the habit of waking up on time in the morning.
